Dr. Osvaldo Diaz and Dr. Rebecca Bumgardner bring more than 26 years of combined clinical experience and are committed to building lasting relationships with patients of all ages. We are honored to serve our local military families, welcome new patients, and continue caring for the many families who have trusted Seascape Eyecare Associates over the years.
